How can I return a product?

. To make any exchange or return, kindly get in touch with us through 'contact us' link on our website. You can either WhatsApp us or send us a mail on: sales@anaboluda.com

. We will arrange for the courier to pick up the goods you wish to return or exchange from the address indicated

.  It is important that the shoes to be returned are not worn or damaged, have not suffered any damage and must be in the same condition as they were delivered. Please be careful with the product while it is in your possession

.  If these requirements are not met, the ANABOLUDA online store reserves the right not to accept such return or/and not to cover the return costs

.  Once the package is received, the correct state of the product will be checked and the amount will be refunded or the shoe will be exchanged 

 

Do I have to pay for exchanges or returns?

.  No! All returns and exchanges made through ANABOLUDA online store are free of charge. You need to sit back and enjoy your shoes!

 

How long do I have to exchange or return goods?

.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days of the purchase date by  sending us an email to: sales@anaboluda.com  

 Remember:  Orders made on the outlet store or during the sales period, are not refundable or returnable!

How is the order refunded to me?

.  Once the order is returned, refund would be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days
